We will probably meet you guys there.

Dan,
Can you drive yourself? Sorry bud, wifey comes first.

No problem Dave! I was more thinking about if we would go out on a "Vette" cruise. Any other thing I can drive myself. Big smile

Not to late my friend. If I'm counting right there are 9 people including Michele and I correct?

Is DWALKER going to join us? That would be 9 by my count.

I called Salvatore's tonight and there was only 1 room booked out of 15 I had reserved.

The hotel released all the rooms a few days ago because nobody else book a room all this time and now none are available for this weekend.

So it looks like Terry and Mike are the only ones there. We'll see you there. My # is listed in a earlier post. Call me when you get in.

I am staying at my daughter's in Orchard Park.
BTW, I may or may not have the Vette. Found a tranny leak last night so I dropped it off at the garage this AM. Hopefully it is just a loose screw and I will be able to get it back this PM.
Wish I lived closer to your guy with the lift.Unhappy
Either way, I will be there for dinner tonight and all the activities this weekend.Smile
Dorothy will join us for lunch and dinner tomorrow and the boat ride on Saturday.
She won't be able to make the train ride.
And my daughter and grand kids won't be coming on the boat ride.Unhappy
See you all tonight.Beer

Good to hear Mike. Looking forward to seeing you and Terry.

I should be at the hotel around 5:30 PM, depending on traffic.

My leak turned out to be a seal where the speedo enters the tranny. Angry
I can take care of that later.

Just wanted to say thanks to the folks that showed up. I enjoyed seeing you guys. I hope you guys had a good time.

Not a big crowd, but that made it easier to do and see a couple extra things. Tom and Ann (friends of mine) lead the group in a nice scenic ride up to Olcott and along Lake Ontario.  The boat ride through the Erie Canal locks 34 & 35 was very cool. Good thing we didn't do the jet boat stuff. That would have been cold and miserable. The fall foliage train ride was good too. I'm sure we all could have done without the "mini family reunion/daycare" on our rail car. That family was totally oblivious to the train ride. Disapprove

Dave, Michele and I went down to the Erie Basin Marina and the Naval Park then Pierce Arrow Museum today. Unexpectedly they happened to be open. Smile
Then we drove around some of the streets in downtown Buffalo passing the First Niagara arena "Home of the Sabres", Coke-Cola Field "Home of the Bison's" and finished off the afternoon at the Pearl Street Brewery.

A BIG thank you to Darryl for putting together a great weekend.
Thanks to Tom for leading us on great routes on Friday and Saturday. You set a good pace.
I have lived in the area all my life and I saw things and did things for the first time.
Great food, great tours, OK weather (it could have been worse), great time with great friends.
Mike and Terry came the fartherest, but Dan gets the award for most miles.
Pictures to follow.
