We would love to check out this Ebo land woodstock experience, but will still be in TN doing the Cattanooga Choo Choo with the kids and grand kids this year. Maybe next year we should plan on bringing the whole fam damily and our dog snots. One of these days I will surprise you and actually show up. Sounds like a great time and sorry we will miss it yet again. Beer

Hey ebo, Kim and I will be there!  looks like I won't have to relocate to Texas, found a position up here, a little less money but can't put a price on being close to family.  Hope to have my vette with me this year, although it will still be in rough shape as it's taking me much longer to put this thing back together than I ever realized (the "while I'm at it" disease!).  Maybe I can get "overhauled"!

I will definitely make an appearance, for a couple days at least, dates TBD. Putting new Cooper Cobra tires on my Blue Shark, and need to get an oil leak addressed. Any recommendations as to hotel accommodations in the area?

OK - having "issues" with my browser settings and cannot use Smileys , but that's for another post.... Frank & I will be coming in the Road Whale.....and of course Bear too! So, please reserve our favorite camping spot for Thurs thru Mon again this year - we have additional accomodations in the Road Whale, for anyone that would like to "rough it". The luxury fold out sofa (which I understand is super comfy - Really, not lyin'...and the "garage" which can house our Aerobed) Also, I'll be more than happy to join in on the "Entertainment" committee so we coordinate who's bringing what food wise : ) Oh, almost forgot the most important Q....Bear wanted me to find out if Nala is still "available" He's waiting for the answer with baited biscuit breath. LMAO Counting down the days -

Well Rudy as you are the newbie here is what normaly happens...... it really is like 'Woodstock"
but without the drugs of course.....sorry......
We will have tents and RV's set up in the side yards, the house is open for as many air mattress as the rooms will hold, we have a great crew that cooks for us and then party around the campfire until Frank whines that he needs to be tucked in, then we party with out him or crash. We try and exersize the cars each day...weather permitting.
We spend as much time in the pool to keep cool.
As the date gets closer we will firm up the activitys and figure out our daily meals.
If you feel more apt to stay in a hotel there are some within minutes of the compound.....but please don't be scared..........lol

Oh no! The apron. I was just starting to sleep through the night again and Elaine hasn't been the same since.
I'm already rather upset that we won't be able to make Eboland this year and now ebo's got something new in the works. The suspense is killing me. Darn wedding in the family and Elaine's mom is staying at our house. Angry  I gotta start spreading some rumors, maybe they'll call the wedding off.

It is with much sadness that I must pull out of this event.  Cry

After being away from home for 8 days this past week, I need to be home with my family, and also my wife needs to work.  I was VERY much looking forward to the new smoker.  Please eat some meat and drink some beer for me!

It's looking bleak for me Ebo. This LS1 engine swap hasn't been a walk in the park. Everything so far has been a challenge unfortunately. Murphy's law has been with me this whole journey so far. Unhappy

I don't think a Mopar on the Beach with a bunch of sharks will go over to well.

I don't know about anyone else, but my shark would like a Mopar on the Beach...(they bunk together all the time) Hug

Don't give up yet Daryl - you can always jump in or out at the last minute.

Hey ebo,  I have good news and bad news.  The bad news is that my car won't be ready for eboland, found some issues with the frame and the guy who is coming to weld it has been tied up for weeks, holding up the whole project.  Targeting Carlise now.  The good news is I am still going to Vette's on the Beach but kind of hard to participate in all the activities in my Honda.  Also my stepadaughter moving from her downstairs apt in Syrcause to upstairs that weekend...and guess who the mover is!  Anyway would still love to come by eboland one night to meet the crew - which night would you suggest?  Kim and I will be up Saturday to monday or could come up Friday.  And let me know what I can bring, thanks.  Signed - Vetteless and dissappointed!

Mario, I was watching how hard you were wrenching on that car and I knew it was for this event! I so appreciate your efforts!!!
But it is as much about the people too......actually much much more!!!
Well I'm not sure when the major attendent's will be rolling in so for sure they will be here Sat. night. We get the men saddled up early on Sunday morning to get shade parking so we may not be up to late on Sat night.....really all depends on "Frank"
For sure Friday night will be a late one.... We also come back to the resort after the Show on Sunday and chill......
now we just need mother nature to give us some nice weather for 5 days.....Pleezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
