As of right now Corvettes @ Carlisle event is still happening, despite the COVID-19 pandemic.

We typically have a group meal at a restaurant Friday & Saturday nights. This year, because of the limitations on dining at PA restaurants, we're going to do things differently and have a BBQ at our C3VR parking area on the fairgrounds.

So, we need to get an idea of how many people are coming to the event and if you will be joining us for BBQ Friday and/or Saturday evenings.

On Friday night, ebo has graciously offered to provide smoked pulled pork sandwiches.
On Saturday night I will provide burgers and dogs.

Please reply to this thread to let us know you are coming to the event and which night(s) you will be joining us for BBQ at our C3VR parking area on the fairgrounds. Also, we ask that if you have a favorite BBQ side you make and can throw it in a small cooler and bring it to share that would be great. For those that can not do a side ...... you can bring chips, water, soda, paper plates, napkins, etc.

Event is BYOC! (Bring Your Own Chair!)

Count me in for Friday and Saturday BBQ's.

A couple of 12 packs of soda and same quantity waters should be enough until final count. We can always get more, I hope!

I will be there Friday but not sure about Saturday as my son is meeting me at the campground so I’ll eat with him Saturday.  Can I bring beer?

Barry and Jackie will be there Friday and Saturday. Hank and Caroline will be there Saturday. Let me know if there's anything we can bring. Jackie probably won't be coming up until Friday evening so we should be able to bring something that requires refrigeration. Otherwise I'd rather bring something that DOESN'T require refrigeration. Just let me know.  🍻

Adam / C3VR'ers, I am backing out of attending this year's CAC due to health concerns and I was to bring water and or soda to the Friday's and Saturday's BBQ but ask others to fill in. I will pray that everyone stays well for this amazing event.

If anyone needs a place to stay Thursday thru Saturday nights, please PM me as soon as possible.
