The 10th Annual C3VR Member Gathering will take place Thursday through Saturday, May 17 to 19, 2012.

This thread is for information regarding the Host Hotel.

Rate: $59.95+tax per night, breakfast included

Arrival Date: Wednesday, May 16, 2012

Departure Date: Sunday, May 20, 2012

(These are the ideal dates in order to attend all activities for the gathering. You can of course come for any part of the event. You do not have to be there for the entire thing).

I checked the Gazebo room also. It is right in the middle of everything nothing should get by you without you knowing about it. It may be a little small, ambiance is great and not a lot of privacy.

I can see why you got a good rate. Maybe the trees will get taller before you show up.

Just checked hotel ammenities, and it does list a Guest Laundry. Important for those of us without much luggage room. That is, those of us driving C3's!

You need to buy that pair of underwear that a guy in Japan invented. It has three LEG (as in thigh, knee, calf...thought I had better make it as clear as I could) holes.

Day 1 - left leg hole and middle leg hole

Day 2 - middle leg hole and right leg hole

Day 3 - Left leg hole and right leg hole
