Considering converting my 73 standard crank to power windows. Does anyone have any advice, from which kit is best to doing it, all advice appreciated!
Currently, I have the entire interior out and I'm replacing most everything including the door panels. Figured this is the time to do it since the crank holes aren't there yet.
Found this kit but have no reference to quality or ease.

73' L48, as original as I can while still adding a little fun. 356HP on original heads, decked ported polished. Flat top pistons, class II roller cam, lifters and rockers. Dougs headers and side pipes. Getting new paint now, original Blue-Green with new dark saddle interior.
Nows the time to do the swap. I went the other way. FROM power TO armstrong. Much less headaches and problems. They work Everytime! I may have some used parts if anyone may need some.
If you have parts I can use I would definitely be interested.

Seems a little pricey but then I did mine about 45 years ago. I also just pulled the parts out of a wrecked '73 which made it a lot cheaper. I seem to remember that there is a relay involved because the switches aren't equipped to handle the amount of current going to the motors. I'll try to remember to check the wiring diagram after the Chiefs' game.
Be sure to keep your springs off your old regulators as they are the same. I had one break on mine and it sounded like I've been shot at.
