I am ready to start rebuilding the front suspension on my 78 Pace Car with all new parts. The PC has the typical dent in the frame cross-over under the engine. I read a couple years ago that there is a tool to remove the dent by pressing it out from inside the frame, but part of the suspension needs to be removed to install the tool. Since I will have the suspension removed, it would be a good time to remove the dent.
Does anyone know where I could purchase, for rent the tool?
Hello, I'm not aware of such a tool, but I would think a Porta Power would work if it has expanding jaws.
30 seconds on DuckDuckGo found the tool.

Gary, thank you for responding. The information you provided was very helpful. Note that the gentleman in PA that posted on Corvette Forum, who loans out a tool to remove the dents, passed away.
I have learned that a tool is for sale from several providers. Since it is rather pricey, is there anyone who has the tool that is willing to sell or rent it to me? I will only be using it once. Please PM me if that is a possibility.
