Benefits available to only our club members:
* Reserved Parking in a section strictly for us
* Access to hoses for washing our Vettes
* Use of their "Corvette" conference room (with seating up to 30 people).
Available to everyone:
* Deluxe Complimentary Continental breakfast (featuring waffles and French toast)
* Fitness Center
* Bob Evans Restaurant right next door
* Many other good restaurants within a few miles
* Only 5 miles from the NCM
* In room coffee maker with coffee, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer
* 25 inch TV with cable including movies, news, sports, and Showtime
* Free USA Today (in the lobby)
* Free local phone calls (No surcharge for calling card users)
They seem to have great customer service and are really interested in making sure we are happy!
We have currently blocked 20 rooms. There are a variety of room types available (single, double, smoking, non-smoking, etc). If we need more, and they are still available I can block more.
Room rate is $69/night for up to 4 people.
You must make your reservation by 9/12 and you may cancel by 6pm day of arrival.
I HIGHLY Recommend you make your reservation now! These rooms will go fast!
If you already booked a room elsewhere, please consider canceling your reservation and re-book at the Baymont so you can stay with the group!
This block is strictly for C3 Vette Registry Members and as such, when you call you need to ask for a room in the "C3 Vette Registry" block.
The number for the hotel is 270-843-3200.
Be sure to specify the room type you wish to stay in. Blocked dates are: arriving Wed 10/12, departing Sun 10/16, but you should be able to change those dates for your specific needs. Anyone that answers the phone there should be able to help you, but If you have any trouble, ask to speak with Cynthia.
If you book a room, please reply to this thread.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks! See ya there!

I'll be cancelling my room tonite when I get home. My new job will not allow me to attend this year. I really regret that I'm going to miss it as I was looking forward to meeting everyone and having a few drinks with fellow C3 guys and gals. Oh well, I guess I'll try again next year..
