Below is the current Agenda for the 2023 C3VR Member Gathering. Please keep in mind that it is subject to change as we get closer, but this is pretty close to final.

- Breakfast at hotel is included for members staying at the hotel that book through our group rate.
- All destinations have addresses listed below. If you can't depart to/from a location with the group, you can find the address for our next stop on the agenda which you can use to get yourself there.
Wednesday (9/27):
- Hotel Check in starts at 4pm
- 6pm-10pm: Meet and greet pizza party at the hotel
- Provided by C3VR
- BYOB permitted or they also have a cash bar in the hotel
Thursday (9/28):
- 6:45am: Breakfast at hotel.
- Included for members of our group that have a room at the resort.
- Will be held in our own private room
- Served buffet style, expect the following available each day: Scrambles Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Breakfast Potatoes
French Toast OR Pancakes, Assorted Breads & Bagels, Fresh Fruit Compote, Individual Yogurts, Orange Juice, Coffee & Hot Tea
- 8:15am: Meet in hotel parking lot to prepare for our morning drive
- 8:30am: Depart hotel for Train ride/shopping in Jim Thorpe
- 9:30am: Train ride/shopping in Jim Thorpe
- There are two activity options for you this morning:
- Explore the town by foot on your own until lunch time.
- A 70-minute train ride starting at 11am. (Click here for train ride info and sign-up). Plus explore town on your own until train departure time.
- 12:45pm: Lunch: Lunch on your own or in small groups. (This is a change from the previous plan of a entire group lunch, since we are so big they can not easily accommodate us all).
We will have just over an hour to have lunch before departure for our afternnon activiy. So splitting up to find a quick meal will be best.
Options in Jim Thorpe that are easy walk from train station are:
- Molly McGuire's (5 Hazard Square)
- Broadway Grille (24 Broadway)
- Marion Hose Bar (16 West Broadway)
- Anything else you can find that interests you.
- Meeting time: no need to meet. Just walk yourself to wherever you wish to grab a bite.
- Drive time: Can walk there, no need to move cars/repark
- 2:00pm: Meet at cars in Jim Thorpe parking lot
- 2:10pm: Depart Jim Thorpe parking lot
- 2:30pm: #9 Coal Mine Tour-Lansford PA
- Address: 9 Dock St, Lansford, PA 18232
- Drive time: 20 minute drive from Jim Thorpe parking lot
- Light jacket or sweater recommended, the mine is 50 degrees year round.
- Closed-toe shoes, the paths in the mine are loose gravel.
- Tours run every hour on the hour 11am-3pm, so we were told to arrive by 2:30 to be there and checked-in in time for 3pm tour. (They close at 4pm).
- 4:00pm: Meet in Coal Mine Tour lot
- 4:15pm: Depart Coal Mine Tour lot no later than 5:00pm
- 5:45pm: Dinner: Pocono Brewing Company (This is a change from previous plan!)

- Drive time: 60 minute drive from Coal Mine
- Departure Time: No specific time. Can depart on your own or as a group back to hotel which is a 10 minute drive.
Friday (9/29):
- 6:45am: Breakfast at hotel.
- Included for members of our group that have a room at the resort.
- Will be held in our own private room
- Served buffet style, expect the following available each day: Scrambles Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Breakfast Potatoes
French Toast OR Pancakes, Assorted Breads & Bagels, Fresh Fruit Compote, Individual Yogurts, Orange Juice, Coffee & Hot Tea
- 8:00am: Meet in hotel parking lot to prepare for our morning activity
- 8:15am: Depart hotel for Tour of Raceway
- 9:00am: Tour of Pocono Raceway
- Lunch stop at Copperhead Grill for lunch.

- (Note there is another location Bethlehem. We are NOT going to Bethlehem! We are going to ALLENTOWN!)
- Drive time: 1 hour drive from Raceway
- Afternoon Activity: America On Wheels
- Address: 5 North Front Street, Allentown, PA 18102
- Drive time: 10 minute drive from Copperhead Grill
- They will break us into small groups to guide us through. It is $15/person (same price as regular admission).
- The tour takes about 1.5 hours.
- They can stay open as late as 4pm that day for us
- 4:00pm: Meet in AOW parking lot
- 4:15pm: Depart AOW for dinner
- 5:00pm Dinner: Slopeside Pub and Grill at Blue Mt. ski on top of Blue Mountain.

- Drive time: 40 minute drive from America On Wheels
- Departure time: No specific time. Can depart on your own or as a group back to hotel which is about a 45 minute drive.
Saturday (9/30):
- 6:45am: Breakfast at hotel.
- Included for members of our group that have a room at the resort.
- Will be held in our own private room
- Served buffet style, expect the following available each day: Scrambles Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Breakfast Potatoes
French Toast OR Pancakes, Assorted Breads & Bagels, Fresh Fruit Compote, Individual Yogurts, Orange Juice, Coffee & Hot Tea
- 8:00am: Meet in hotel parking lot to prepare for morning activity
- 8:15am: Depart for Grey Towers Museum tour
- 10:00am: Grey Towers Museum tour
- 1:00pm Lunch: Apple Valley Pubs restaurant/specialty shops,
- Afternoon Activity: Cruise to continue after lunch with stops at Lake Wallenpaupack and Big Pocono Stake Park.
- Group ride to cruise along the Lake with stops along the way for photo ops.
- No particular time schedule, other than departing lunch together.
- There may be a little downtime back at hotel before dinner.
- 6:00pm Dinner: Chateau Resort and Conference Center (our Hotel)
- BYOB permitted and they also have a full bar in the hotel
- We will be ordering off their restaurant menu, paying separately for whatever we each order.
- Meeting time: We'll already be back at the hotel after our afternoon activity. So all you have to do is show up to our private meeting room for dinner!
- Drive time: N/A. We'll already be there!
- Departure time: N/A. We'll already be there!
Sunday (10/1):
- 7:30am: Breakfast at Hotel
- Included for members of our group that have a room at the resort.
- Will be held in our own private room
- Served buffet style, expect the following available each day: Scrambles Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Breakfast Potatoes
French Toast OR Pancakes, Assorted Breads & Bagels, Fresh Fruit Compote, Individual Yogurts, Orange Juice, Coffee & Hot Tea
