We have a block of 30 rooms for check-in Wednesday, September, 27, 2023 through Sunday, October 1st, 2023.  

Check-in is 4pm, Out is 11am.

You can choose from 2 Queens or 1 King bed in their Garden View or Mountain View rooms.

The cost is $129.50 per room per night (plus taxes). This rate is good for up to 3 days before and after our Gathering in case you want to extend your stay.  Breakfast is included with our group rate!

NOTE: They have a Military/Service Professional and AAA/AARP rate listed on their website that works out to be cheaper than our group rate. However, that price does NOT include breakfast.  Our group rate includes breakfast which would separately cost about $18 per person per day. So keep that in mind if you qualify for that rate. 

To book your room you MUST CALL them and provide our group name: C3 Vette Registry. You can not book this group rate online.

You must book by August 15th, 2023!!

Reply to this thread after you have booked your room!  I will put an indicator next to each name after you reply to THIS thread and confirm that you have booked your room.  You can cancel 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty!

If you will be attending but not booking a room at our host hotel, please reply to let me know that too!

Stay tuned for the agenda. But you can count on some road trips to see some sights, some lunches and dinners.
