The host hotel for our 2022 Gathering (with events scheduled Thu 10/6, Fri 10/7 & Sat 10/8/2022) is:

We have a block of 20 rooms with a mix of 2 queen beds and king w/sofa bed for just $119/night (plus taxes). FIRST COME FIRST SERVED!
Rate available: Wed 10/5/2022 to Sun 10/9/2022
Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in time day of arrival.
The Group Rate booking deadline has passed. If you wish to book a room at the hotel, you can attempt to do so with the following link, but you'll likely have to pay the regular rate.

69BBConvUnfortunately we have had to cancel our plans to drive all of Route 66 and then join the group in Fort Worth. We were looking forward to a great four week trip. Mark's mother passed on Labor Day so we will be spending the next few weeks settling her affairs. Hopefully we can all get together in 2023.

NorskySince Mike is not going to be able to make it to The Gathering I'm going to bunk with Dave instead.
Now that the group reservation window has closed I'm going to leave my reservation in place until Sunday, October 2nd, before canceling it. So if anyone deciding now to come you are welcome to use it. Just let me know.

Just took a drive over to the hotel. WORD TO THE WISE... The streets around the hotel are ONE WAY, so ya'll pay attention!! The parking lot is fairly small, but there should be plenty of room for the group staying there. Also...so there will be no surprises...there is a railroad track/yard just south of the place. Don't know how active it is, just a heads up.
