Unfortunately, due to the ongoing pandemic and recent rise of the COVID cases (Delta & now Lambda variants) we have made the difficult decision to CANCEL the 2021 event. Attendees that were signed up on the list below have been contacted directly. I will leave the info below for historical purposes. Hopefully, 2022 will be a better year!

We have a block of 30 rooms with a mix of 2 queen beds and king w/sofa bed for just $119/night (plus taxes). FIRST COME FIRST SERVED!
