John, chucks7d8 is in the same boat as you and he is shipping a box of stuff to my house for their use that week. Anyone is more than welcome to do the same. Stella and I did the same when we used to attend motorcycle events (even less luggage space). Just drop me a note if you are shipping something and we'll keep an eye open for it.
